ArmorFlex is a flexible, interlocking matrix of cellular concrete blocks of uniform size, shape, and weight. Generically known as an articulated concrete block system, ArmorFlex blocks have specific hydraulic capacities tested in accordance with ASTM D7276.

PRIMARY APPLICATIONS:
- Dam overtopping and spillway protection
- Closed cell blocks discourage vegetation and are ideal for areas of high hydraulic stress where wildlife habitat is a hazard, such as airport drainage channels
- Open cell blocks encourage vegetation and are ideal for areas of high hydraulic stress where wildlife habitat is desired
- Tapered blocks offer greater protection at a smaller size and require a drainage layer
